If you would like to permanently delete your GetRide account and associated personal information, you can submit an account deletion request using the form below.
GetRide is operated by Richmond Taxi PVT LTD.
Account deletion is permanent and may result in the loss of access to your GetRide account, ride history, preferences, and other account-associated information.
Before You Delete Your Account
Please make sure that:
- You do not have an active ride.
- You do not have any unresolved payment or account issue.
- You understand that account deletion is permanent.
- You have provided the correct phone number associated with your GetRide account.

What Happens After You Submit a Request?
After receiving your request, Richmond Taxi PVT LTD will verify the request and process the deletion.
Once the deletion process is completed:
- Your GetRide account will be deleted.
- Personal information associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized where applicable.
- Your saved profile information will be removed.
- Account-related information will be removed from active systems.
- Location information associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized where applicable.
- Ride-related personal information will be deleted or anonymized where applicable.
- Information shared with applicable service providers will be addressed in accordance with our data-processing arrangements and applicable requirements.
- Some information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law, including information necessary for financial records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, regulatory requirements, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
- Any information that must be retained will be restricted to the applicable purpose and retained only for the required period.
Deletion Processing Time
We aim to process account deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the request.
If additional time is required, we will provide appropriate information about the status of the request.
